I value cultural sensitivity and strive to create an environment where every person feels welcomed and respected. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to best support your goals.
My hope is that through our work together, you will feel empowered to better understand yourself, recognise your strengths, and move towards a life where you can thrive and find joy in being alive.
Qualifications
● Bachelor of Counselling
● NZCCA Provisional Member
Availability/Fee
$100 per 50-minute counselling session.
